How to make Sauteed Green Beans with Garlic & Mushrooms

This Sauteed Green beans with Garlic and mushrooms recipe is super tasty and easy. I like to make this side dish to accompany chicken, fish or steak. On my YouTube channel I show you how to make this side dish from start to finish. This goes great with any protein and it’s also super fresh and healthy.

  1. Dice ½ of 1 medium onion
  2. 2 cups of Shiitake mushrooms
  3. 1-2 cloves of garlic
  4. Slice 2-3 roma tomatoes 

Steam Green beans 

  1. In a pot bring to boil 4 cups of water
  2. Bowl for 10 minutes and strain 
  3. Add to ice bath to stop cooking

Saute vegetables

  1. In a large saucepan heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  2. Saute onions and garlic 
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add in steamed green beans
  5. Add italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste to the pan
  6. Add shiitake mushrooms
  7. Add roma tomatoes to pan and let simmer for 5-10 minutes
