Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
Here’s what you will need:
2-4 lbs of Fresh Broccoli
1/2 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Onion Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 of a Shallot
4-6 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
First be sure to wash and cut your broccoli and let them dry on a paper towel. In a large bowl add your broccoli. Drizzle in your olive oil, salt, pepper,onion salt, garlic powder, onion, powder and your freshly chopped garlic cloves as well. Mix everything all together well. On a baking sheet add your parchment paper and spread your broccoli evenly on your pan. Let bake int he oven for 15-20 mins.
