How to make Honey Breaded Roasted Lamb Chops

Honey Breaded Lamb Chops are delicious and pretty simple to make. A quick and flavorful marinade will take this simple dish to the next level. Often times I like to roast (or bake) my lamb chops in the oven. Here I show you step by step how you too can make this dish.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prep – Wash and marinade your lamb chops. Let dry on towel.

  1. 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  2. 1 Lemon squeezed
  3. 2 teaspoons of Salt
  4. 2 teaspoons of Pepper
  5. 2 cloves of garlic
  6. 1 sprig of rosemary

Honey Dijon Sauce

  1. 3 tablespoons of Honey
  2. 3 tablespoons of Honey Dijon mustard

Mix together and put to the side

Panko Breadcrumbs with Parmesan

  1. 1 Cup of Panko breadcrumbs
  2. 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
  3. 1 clove of fresh garlic
  4. 1 small bunch of fresh chives
  5. 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil

Mix together and put to the side.

Let meat marinade in your refrigerator for 24 hours or for a short prep time 1-3 hours.

In a hot pan, sear your lamb chops for 3 minutes on each side. After searing on each side, remove from pan and place on a lined baking sheet. Brush on Honey Dijon Sauce and add Panko Bread crumbs with Parmesan mixture. Finish off  in your oven for 15-20 minutes.
