Here’s what you will need:
2-4 portions of Atlantic Salmon
Ingridents:
4-5 cloves of fresh Garlic (sliced)
2 tables of Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 medium Lemon
4 sprigs of Parsley (finely chopped)
6 green Onions
1/2 teaspoon of Kosher Salt (per portion)
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper (per portion)
2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons of Onion Powder
3 slices of butter (optional)
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
Season – Start off my washing and cleaning each portion of your Salmon. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Pour over your extra virgin olive oil, squeeze on your lemon, and add your salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Sit these to the side.

Grab 4 sheets of aluminum foil to make your pouches. Sit seasoned salmon in the center of the pouch, top with sliced green scallions, garlic and lemon. Seal salmon in and add to a baking sheet. Cook salmon for 12-13 minutes in your oven. Remove from pouch and serve immediately.
